How to avail Funport
Terms and Conditions for Funport Annual
Non-Refundable, No Cancellation Policy & Non-Transferable
The Funport Annual Passport is strictly non-refundable, cannot be canceled or exchanged for any other product or service and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage or partial usage and also you cannot club this with any other offers or bookings.
Access and Validity
The passport is valid for two year from the date of activation. It grants the holder 6 park entries within this period which customer can use 3 entries per year, subject to park operating hours and availability.
Attractions and Maintenance
All attractions and rides are subject to availability. The park reserves the right to close any ride or attraction for maintenance, repairs, or other operational requirements without prior notice. No refunds, extensions, or compensations will be provided for any closures.
Seasonal Closures and Special Events
The passport does not cover entry during special events, private bookings, or exclusive park activities. Seasonal closures or restricted access will not entitle the customer to any form of compensation.
Identification and Verification
Passport holders must present a valid government-issued ID along with their passport at the ticket counter for verification. Entry will not be granted without proper identification.
Lost or Stolen Passports
In case of loss or theft, a duplicate passport may be issued for a fee of Rs.499, subject to verification and management approval.
Code of Conduct
Customers are expected to follow all park rules and regulations. Misconduct, damage to property, or violation of safety guidelines will result in immediate revocation of the passport without a refund.
Photo ID and Usage Restrictions
Passport holders must provide a recent photograph for the passport. The passport must be presented in its original physical form for park entry. Photocopies or altered versions will not be accepted.
Changes to Terms
The park reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly on our official website.
Termination of Services
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the park reserves the right to terminate the Funport Annual Passport program. In such cases, pro-rata refunds or compensations will not be provided.
Force Majeure
The park shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.
Data Protection
By purchasing the Funport Annual Passport, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data as per the park’s privacy policy.
